The Kymenlaakso Summit 2024 illuminates the distinctive business landscape that the Kymenlaakso region presents to enterprises and investors alike. Hosted by Cursor and bolstered by backing from Business Finland, Kymenlaakso Chamber of Commerce, and key local stakeholders including Google, the summit serves as a pivotal platform for exploration and collaboration.
Kymenlaakso Summit takes place at the new Satama Areena in the historic Old Port of Kotka. Satama Areena is a versatile event venue located by the sea, known for hosting various sizes of events. It offers modern facilities and scenic views, making it a popular choice for gatherings in the Kymenlaakso region.
The event is moderated by Finnish journalist, writer, keynote speaker and TV personality Kimmo Ohtonen.

Antti Häkkänen, Finland’s 59th Minister of Defence since June 2023, will be a keynote speaker at the Kymenlaakso Summit. Under Prime Minister Petteri Orpo's government, Häkkänen oversees national security and defense strategies.
